Keep the spirit

For those who have read my sister's blog or the comments my father left on both our blogs, you know of the loss we all suffered today. Vickie Diem has been a great and positive influence on so many lives and every time I think of her I think of the two words below.
in·spi·ra·tion
in·spi·ra·tion [ìnspə ráysh'n](plural in·spi·ra·tions)
n

found inspiration in the landscape around her
2.

His book is an inspiration to all would-be travelers.
3.
creativeness: the quality of being stimulated to creative thought or activity, or the manifestation of this
a moment of inspiration
4.
good idea: a sudden brilliant idea
5.
divine influence: divine guidance and influence on human beings
6.
physiology breathing in: the drawing of air into the lungs

am·bi·tious [am bíshəss]
adj
1.
having strong desire for success: having a strong desire to be successful in life

I have sat in front of the computer for over an hour trying to find the words. How do I thank this woman for the countless gifts she has brought to this world? How do I describe the impact she has made on me? I can't, there is no way to measure her love and support. Instead, I send my prayers. She will always been in our thoughts.

In the words of Vickie Diem "Keep the Spirit of Rainbow in your Heart". However, this time we will Keep the Spirit of Mrs. Diem in our Hearts, Forever!

People who haven't been a part of it don't understand it--the impact Rainbow and the people associated with it leave on your life. My heart aches for the loss you all have suffered. She was AMAZING. Please let Dena and her father know my family is thinking of them and that my mom sends her condolences as well. She is missed all the way in Texas.

Liz, this is what comes to my mind about Vickie. There are very few people who in just one meeting can change your life...she was one of those people. There was just something about her that was amazing and god given. Please let Dena and Lee know I am sorry for their loss I will not be able to make it to any services.
