Lemon Chicken Done Right

Random, I know, but someone on FB made a comment about making lemon chicken for dinner. So I did a quick search, and decided I'm gonna make it too! I found this simple recipe on blogchef.net and am gonna give it a try!

I forget how simple it can be to make lots of our restaurant favorites..I'll let you know how it turns out.

(Too bad I can't whip it up for lunch right now.)

Weakness

Marshmallow Fruit Dip- The B-E-S-T!I am not sure why I heart this stuff so much..I'm not even a big fan of marshmallows. But this stuff is great...and addicting.

Make your own:

One Jar of marshmallow cream

one block of softened cream cheese

blend till smooth...

then DIP your favorite fruits!

Cravings

You know how you get those forwards where you fill out your favorites? Or on facebook, where you are asked to list your favorite movies, foods, restaurants, artists...well I struggle with my favorite. a lot. but I realized, it's not till I'm driving in the car, or sitting on the toilet (sorry for the honesty) or laying in bed, that I realize what some of my favorites are.
Like food. I know i love ice cream. i couldn't tell you which is my favorite though. that changes a lot. but i realized this weekend that i love cereal. i craved it while i was pregnant. but i am still craving it. i love it. and my cereal of the month.

however I, unlike Connor, will eat all of it and not just the marshmellowy charm things. but what may be stranger than the fact that i love cereal, is probably the fact that i decided to create a post about it to share with all of you.

A little bit of Heaven

THIS was my breakfast saturday morning...a pumpkin cheese muffin from Starbucks! It was so pretty and tasty, I HAD to take a picture. And yes, those are toasted pumkin seeds on top with a cheese filling. YU-U-U-UMM!
